NACHMO DC Audition & Community Class

  • Directions and access info will be sent to all registered dancers the day of the audition.

  • All interested dancers must fill out the dancer audition form. Click here to fill out the form.

  • This is an opportunity to connect with choreographers looking for performers.

  • Click here for full information on health and safety protocols for NACHMO DC. UPDATE: Due to high levels of transmissible illness in the DC area, masks are required to attend the audition.

  • If you cannot attend the audition in person, your contact information and video links will be shared with interested choreographers.

  • The audition will include a variety of dance techniques and opportunities for improvisation to give choreographers opportunity to see dancers perform a range of styles.

  • Choreographers will observe the class and will have a short time to summarize their planned pieces.

  • Dancers are encouraged to reach out to choreographers with whom they are interested in working; contact information will be shared after the audition.
